The Small Pad Problem: Minimum Charges

Here is why a tiny 3Γ—3 AC pad costs $300+ even though the concrete itself is worth about $20:

  1. Contractor minimums. Most concrete crews will not show up for less than $300–$500. They have to drive, set up, form, pour, finish, and clean up regardless of size.
